Simply place your order and choose the recipient of your gift as the SHIPPING ADDRESS at checkout.  If you would like us to send a personalized note to your recipient, we’d be happy to do it.  Let us know in the notes section what you would like the message to say.  Each bag comes beautifully presented in a custom sewn coverlette that can be used with the bag on the inside.  It’s a complimentary detail with each purchase.  Your note will be placed inside the package alongside your chosen item.

MATERIAL

Leather is a natural product that includes natural variations, such as small scars, creases, minute grooves, or variations of colour.  The finer the leather the more pronounced some of the variations can appear.  These naturally occurring variations are features and not flaws in the leather or workmanship.  Each piece is crafted by a skilled artisan or bag maker sourced by BREATHE LOVE BAGS, who takes care and pride in their work and pays extraordinary attention to detail.  With regular use, your leather bag or accessory will age gracefully with all of its unique and naturally occurring characteristics. Many leathers will also develop a rich patina (which is another distinctive characteristic of fine leather as it ages).

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM YOUR BREATHE LOVE BAG OR ACCESSORY

Your BREATHE LOVE leather bag or accessory may not arrive exactly as shown in some of the images.  It will be pretty close, but natural products, such as leather cannot be reproduced in nature the same way a synthetic, factory-made product can be.  There will be slight variations in the product from any photo shown.  No two pieces can be exactly the same, and that is essentially what makes each one unique, special and beautiful. Wear each distinction proudly as it reflects your journey with it.

TRUE ANILINE LEATHER

The BREATHE LOVE BAGS CLASSIC TOTE AND CLUTCH PREMIER COLLECTION is made from Aniline Leather.  This is considered the best quality full grain leather there is.  With Aniline leather, only the smoothest hides are chosen, which is often reflected in the cost of acquiring this leather.  Those who love the natural characteristics and markings of the very purest quality leather and are searching for the absolute softest leather seek out Pure Aniline Leather. It feels amazing and has a supple texture.

The drawbacks to aniline leather are that is marks easily and readily absorbs liquids.  However, with regular care, even with most marks, aniline leather will last a very long time and even get better with age.

CARING FOR ANILINE LEATHER

It may be hard to keep a piece of aniline leather looking brand new forever.  The safest thing to use for cleaning normal dirt it is just water.  Not regular tap water, but rain water or distilled water.  Often, we read that leather doesn’t like water when in fact it is actually the minerals in the tap water that it doesn’t like. The minerals in tap water can leave white marks and leave leather looking dull.  Sometimes leather that has been heavily drenched or soaked in water may get harder.  A way to take care of that is to use a quality leather conditioner.  That will make your leather supple again and keep it looking beautiful.

If you find that your leather has been stained with something more than normal dirt, like oil – it will get absorbed very quickly into the leather.  As soon as possible, blot any oily spills and cover the stain with talcum powder.  Leave it on overnight and clean it off.  If that doesn’t work, try a little leather cleaner diluted with rain or distilled water and work the area of the stain along with the whole panel of leather to avoid getting a patch.  Take care to not rub the leather too much in the same spot and keep the overall cleaning process gentle.  If the oil is caught early after the spill, you should have good success in cleaning it, but if it has been there for a long time and is left untreated, it may not be possible to remove.  In some cases, professional dry cleaning may work too.

We will repair or replace any BREATHE LOVE BAGS Brand item caused by manufacturing within 90 days of receipt of your purchase.  Shipping charges will apply.

For items that require repair past 90 days or a repair due to something other than manufacturing, please email us at [email protected] with details of the repair required and we will provide an estimated cost of the repair and provide instructions for return.  Shipping charges will apply.

BREATHE LOVE BAGS will accept merchandise in its original unused condition for a refund, credit or exchange (excluding shipping costs) within 14 days from our ship date or within 5 days of receipt.  All sale items and purchases made with promotional codes are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns or returns sent to the wrong address.

To return an item you must email us at [email protected] within 5 days of receiving your item.  Once we’ve received your email we will reply with an RA (Return Authorization Code) and return instructions. Please do not send your package back before receiving the RA return code.  Only returns arriving with an RA code will be refunded, credited or exchanged.

We reserve the right to refuse returned products that have been used, worn or altered in any way. All original packaging and items must be included in your return.

Please make sure the product is in its original un-used condition including all packaging before sending it back and include the RA number received in the email we sent you. Your payment will be refunded upon receiving the item.  Please note, shipping charges are not refundable.

Your return will be deemed ineligible for a refund or exchange if the following occurs:

1. Your package is received at BREATHE LOVE BAGS past the 14 (fourteen) day window since receiving your return confirmation email.
2. Your item(s) are defective, worn or damaged.

If a return is deemed unacceptable it can be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

3. You purchased your item outside of Breathe-Love-Bags.com with an Affiliate directly on their site. *You may return it directly to the affiliate company according to their own return policy.

From time to time we will feature products Artisan or Name Brand that we do not manufacture as part of the Breathe Love Bags brand, but we feel might be of interest to our customers.  This is called an Affiliate.  Breathe Love Bags may receive a commission if you go to that product from our site and purchase something from them.  It is our thanks from that company for bringing their products to our own customers attention.
