EXCHANGES & RETURNS*

Purchases made through an affiliate link on another site – please follow that companies’ specific policies and work directly with them for your exchange or return.

BREATHE LOVE BAGS will accept merchandise in its original unused condition for a refund, credit, or exchange (excluding shipping costs) within 14 days from our ship date or within 5 days of receipt. All sale items and purchases made with promotional codes are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns or returns sent to the wrong address.

To return an item you must email us at [email protected] within 5 days of receiving your item. Once we have received your email, we will reply with return instructions and a Reference #. Please do not send your package back before receiving our email with instructions. Only returns arriving with the reference number provided in the instructions will be accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse returned products that have been used, worn, or altered in any way. All original packaging and items must be included in your return.

Please make sure the product is in its original un-used condition including all packaging before sending it back and include the Reference Number received in the email, we sent you. Your payment will be refunded upon receiving the item and passing our inspection. Please note, shipping charges are not refundable.

GIFTS

Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value. Shipping charges will apply. Please email [email protected] for a Reference Number and follow the shipping instructions provided.

Please note: All return shipping fees are to be paid by the customer.

Your return will be deemed ineligible for a refund or exchange if the following occurs:
1. Your package is received at BREATHE LOVE BAGS past the 14 (fourteen) day window since receiving your return confirmation email.
2. Your item(s) are defective, worn, or damaged.
If a return is deemed unacceptable it can be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
3. Your item was purchased outside of Breathe-Love-Bags.com through an Affiliate directly on their site. *You must return it directly to the company purchased from, according to their own specific return policy.
